My name is Amável Sanches, and I am a professional polygaph examiner, forensic psycho-physiologist with over 20 years of experience in the field of forensic psychophysiology. Since 2005, I have been fully dedicated to the application, training, and international development of polygraph services through my company, B.E.A.R. FORENSICS. (https://bearforensics.com).

I speak, read, and write fluently in seven languages: Portuguese, Spanish, French, English, Dutch, German, and Luxembourgish. This linguistic ability has proven invaluable in international training programs, cross-border investigations, and the development of polygraph education materials in multiple languages.
Academic and Technical Background
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in International Marketing from the Amsterdam Business School, and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.
Over the years, I have also completed various specialized courses, including psycho-physiological interview techniques and investigative interviewing.
In polygraphy, I did my formal training with the Marston Polygraph Academy based in San Bernardino, California.
Beyond my operational and training roles, I am actively involved in developing professional standards and contributing to the global advancement of the polygraph field.
